Welcome
The Women’s Ministry of DMC would like to invite you to review this website for opportunities, events and ministries that fit your needs and desires for both fellowship and ministry with women. Women are a vital part of the ministry at DMC. We see new faces weekly as we grow in the Body of Christ. This means new opportunities for ministry can be explored and developed.
Philosophy
DMC Women’s Ministry is an opportunity to celebrate and honor the relationships of women with the love of Jesus Christ. By and through our relationship with Christ we learn to extend his love in our home, work, church and community.
The framework of DMC Women’s ministries provides opportunities for each woman to discern and exercise her gifts and abilities to the Glory of God, as well as being ministered to, building her up for the work of God’s calling.
Women's Steering Committee
The Women's Steering Committee plans and conducts fellowship activities that promote church involvement and personal relationships. Our goal is to give women opportunities to respond to the Gospel and to pray, study the scriptures, fellowship and serve the Lord together in a variety of venues.
We are always happy to welcome motivated women interested in helping with this ministry. Areas of service include: serving on committees to help plan outreach and fellowship events, serving as hostess or co-hostess and sharing your gift or talent at a women’s event.
